About
Founder & Principal Consultant
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Madison Endert founded Endert Educational Consulting, LLC to bring the kind of on-the-ground expertise that only comes from having done the work — as a Federal Programs Director inside a Georgia charter school, she navigated every layer of ESSA compliance, Title I administration, and GaDOE reporting firsthand.
With over four years of experience in federal education programs, Madison understands the pressure school leaders face when grant deadlines, audit requests, and programmatic requirements arrive all at once. Her practice is built on translating complex federal requirements into clear, actionable guidance that schools can actually implement.
Grounded in federal law, GaDOE regulations, and 2 C.F.R. Part 200 cost principles, Madison partners with charter schools across Georgia to ensure their programs are compliant, well-documented, and squarely focused on student outcomes.
